Erm...replacement head yes, if you're like me and not really very techy at all! Presumably you could buy a replacement o-ring or nick one off another head, but I can't really comment cos I've never done it Anyone else know?

My evod started leaking too, out of the top and into the battery. Changed the head and it still leaked. Haven't chucked it yet, but intend to. Bloody annoying!

oh dear and I am/was really looking forward to my evod and spinner coming ( tomorrow hopefully ) Don't worry annie, it is quite rare, because Evods are so popular it has more chance of someone having a problem with one Plus if you do have a problem we are always here to help you through it

Hi guys, problem solved with a new atty head.
I took the evod apart and there's a little rubber gasket that's on the head part that screws on to the battery, it had a tiny little tear in it and that's where the leak was coming from.
Not sure how that relates to the mouth piece but hey ho a new head has done the job and no more leaking.
Happy vaping again!!

After my initial problems with my evods, they were vaping fine. Not brilliant but could get a good vape. Now both of mine are leaking from the windows?!?! Definitely on the side of the evod, battery is dry as a bone but hands get covered in juice when I pick it up. And now all the finish is bubbling and coming off.argghh! Hubby's are ok for the moment but thinking of throwing mine but keeping the bases for his.

A note on Evods, Protanks, Vivi Nova's CE3,4,5 etc:Please all be aware, there is LEAKING and there is a drop or 2 of juice o your battery connector, the latter is PERFECTLY NORMAL, some liquid will invariably drop down the centre tube from the wick and some juice will condense out of the vapour in normal use. This is easily dealt with by wiping the battery connector and using a rolled up bit of kitchen towel like a pipe cleaner down the mouthpiece end to mop up any drips. You WILL occasionally get a drop or 2 in your in your mouth, making your tongue tingle, this happens for the same reason as you tip your e-cig up. You can stop this by always keeping the mouthpiece higher than the battery, but this is often not practical. LEAKING would be when you literally have juice dripping out to the extent where it's emptying the tank. When changing heads in Evods and Protanks, CAREFULLY re-assemple them after gently wiping the coil head and base threads, making sure all seals & O rings are in place before screwing them together. You must also make sure with Protanks and Evods that the coil head is tightly screwed in as they tend to work themselves loose when you take the tank off. When I used CE3,4,5's etc I often lost the O ring on the bottom of the mouthpiece, it would seal OK but as it could screw in further than before I found it would push the clear tank off of the base, so make sure you don't lose this O ring. And last of all Coil heads and tanks are CONSUMABLES, they do not last forever. A CE3/4 (non head replaceable) I would give a lifespan of 2 - 3 weeks CE5 (replaceable head) heads 1 - 2 weeks, the whole device maybe a couple of months. A Evod, heads 1 - 2 weeks, whole device 2 - 3 months a Protank heads 1 - 2 weeks, whole device 6 months maybe up to a year. All in all even replacing these after the minimum time above is a whole lot cheaper than ready made stinkies and INFINITELY cheap when compared to the value your health.

Super-Shiny yes both came from fasttech. Both using homemade juices but not same flavour. He likes more flavour in his. I now have a 1/2 red 1/2 stainless evod as half the finish has just come off in my hand lol.

Maybe the clones are more sensitive to some juices than genuine ones would be dibbylou
