My new spinners/evods are here !

They came today and I am up and running

I am having to get used to the new tobacco flavour but am having to remember
that I have have cut down the nicotine from 2.4 to 1.8 too.
I haven't tried the cherry flavour yet which I have also bought at 1.8.

I have set it on 3.8.

Hi Adam
I was using VIP cigalike with cartomisers. USA tobacco at 2.4.
I really like them but the batteries are so, so poor.
I will use up what I have got in stock along side the spinner/evod. I am liking the evod/spinner but I
have gone down in strength, which might have been a mistake.
I am going to keep going with it though

do you know what resistance (ohms) your evods are Annie?

and btw I'm on 24mg , went down to 18mg but felt like too big of a step down in strength, just wasn't doing it for me

I'm getting into mixing my own e-liquid now though so I'm going to lower my nic slowly..23mg for a week then 22mg etc

Spinner/Evod is a big improvement over a cig-a-like that's for sure & pretty much everyone goes through the same thing when they get a bigger device..then they get used to it and wouldn't want to go back.

I will turn it up a little and try it again later Karma

I don't have a spinner Annie but with my mech mod if I put a 1.8ohm evod on a fresh battery at 4.1v, it can taste a bit burnt for the first few tokes..when it gets down to about 3.8v or 3.9v it's perfect.

Karma is spot on go up in 1v increments..if you get a bit of a burnt taste it means the wick in the evod can't keep up with the heat coming from the coil, so dial it back down a bit

The reason I have set it lower is that when I am vaping, I tend to chain vape for up to 10 minutes.
I then put it down and about 20 mins later I am wanting to pick it up and chain vape again.
I have no idea whether it will stand this amount of use or not really.
Am I over using it? Do I need to take more control over the vaping as I did with the stinkies ?

I know, mine is Pink, looks like a sonic screwdriver..rofl.

I came out the supermarket today, got it out, looked round and no one else had one. I saw a few people look at me in a puzzled way. Mind I live out in the sticks, they don't see much apart from tractors and horses;)

I only sussed the other day it can go upnin one volts..doh...Because you just see the four choice settings I thought that was that. No wonder I blew my ruddy attys, whizzing up from one extreme to another. So glad yours came too. I like the Evod, although I am ocd it checking for leaks now I do trust them. I think I will stick with Evods now. I have seen tanks and other things but if I just get my tobacco flavour sorted, am missing that a bit, I will leave it at that for a while. Although I have just seen a device on another thread where you insert batteries, that might be a good back up plan for me.

Do whatever is necessary to keep you from craving a ciggie, if you feel a bit light headed, put it down and have a glass of water
