By the way for those who don't know what a patchwork afghan is it's a patchwork throw...no metaphor there...
Go on ebay and search for patchwork crocheted afghans...you should get patterns and pics etc....
they're really easy (just two row granny squares sewn together) and gorgeous!!!

Sorry you're having a rough time of it Joh but your 'transition' thread seems to be going a tad off-topic now. It's interesting to read how you're progressing with your vaping and whether or not you're tempted to relapse back to the old baccy. Fox

I relapsed the other week due to extreme stress....hence one of the reasons I haven't been on here so much and plus I was going off topic and like hogging the board so took a break. Then I had holidays (backpacking round scotland) and really didn't have much net access... So here I am back to try again.... It's early days but am hopeful to avoid a 3 week relapse.... Trying to keep stress to a minimum to also avoid a relapse and also have my nic/ml as high as I can to like avoid a relapse. I think one of the reasons I relapsed was cos due to my elation I reduced it too soon... currently on high meds for stress but am home which is good....Not been hospitalized.... Did I mention the medicine bottles and dropping the e-v1 (from on the bus in Glen Coe? Seriously I kid ye not I dropped it (major panic ensued here as I didn't have a spare mod on me) - rolled all round the bus before I got it again.....survived...it sure is a good cheap piece of kit (and right now it's on offer on UKV). Also got 101 medicine bottles (50ml are my favourite size) and had those on holiday (plastic) cos I refused to pay for travel bottles...sorted .... So yeah that's me See you all next month Jo

I had an analog relapse round about the last time I posted...
I've now been 100% e-cig for about 16 days.....despite a load of stress....I've lost my best friend whom I used to phone 2-3 times a day due to screaming at her when hormonal on Monday and my sister just blanked me last weekend - lovely - not!!!
Also it was the anniversary of Dad's death about 10 days ago which I found particularly hard....
So now onwards and upwards...
Have any of the girlies (newbie vapers) discovered you can can wee vials of Chanel no. 5 from ebay for a few pounds. Of course me being extreme I ordered a 50ml bottle for £38 LOL
Feeling particularly nauseaus in the mornings and don't know why. Don't think (am pretty sure) I'm not preggers. LOL.....Can't remember the last time I had it so pretty sure....but still....and I'm just going through the great fun that us ladies go through about once a month so again pretty sure...Think it could be anxiety but don't know...
And it's my birthday today and feeling particularly rotten. Can barely sit at the PC feeling so rotten....
Joh

Joh, I feel like that at particularly high stress times too. Just my bodys way of telling me to have a bubble bath and a new hairdo lol I'm sure that things can be worked out with your friend, have you tried speaking to her since ? I don't have a sister so can't help there. I hope it all works its self out for you though and we are always here as temporary replacements
