Your last question is impossible to answer really. How much juice you're getting rather depends on how much you put into your cartridges and how often you draw on it. It's reckoned that one standard cart is the equivalent of three to five tobacco cigarettes but, then agan, it would depend on whether you smoked regular cigs or roll-ups. I probably vape far too much and it would be better for me to vape as though I was smoking, ie/take a few draws on my device until satisfied as I would have done with a cigarette, then put it down till I really needed it again. As it is I rather treat my device as a comforter - silly.

Yeah I try and have mints when @ the pc so I'm not 100% vaping constantly (so easy done)...but sometimes when I need to v-ape it can take me a good few minutes to feel 'normal' again ....If you GWIM? Like tonight felt very lethargic till after I'd been vaping for a good wee while or so

I have worked it out...On average I have about 0.5ml space in my 'empties' in the morning...= 0.5 x 5/6 = 3 approx... Now we know that the inhalator you are allowed up to 60mg inhalation in the understanding you only absorb 20mg...therefore....3/3 = 1x30 = 30mg max nicotine a day ..

Have you tried using a stronger e-juice? I started with 18mg (1.8) but found it didn't satisfy. I tried 36mg (3.6) but that was too strong for me so I settled on 24mg (2.4) that suits me now. It's a matter of 'suck it and see' really. I've plumped for the sweeter flavours (ENJuice's Maple Waffles amd Cafe Tabac are my current favs) and be sure to drink plenty of water. Good luck.

I'm on 36mg diluted down to 30mg/ml with a mixture of VG and vodka.....suits me fine right now Have plenty of time to v-ape fortunately...


Tried diluting down to 24mg a few weeks back...just lost the plot on the withdrawals so wasn't worth it {och and had bowel trouble with the VG...30ml liquid - 10 of it VG = bad combo!!!)

It seems you're doing everything right then Johanino. Just persevere and you'll find a method, model, juice that will provide everything you need. Just be sure not to over-vape as it's very easy to treat your e-cig as a dummy as I do and that's the hardest habit of all to break I find.

Hi Johanino, well done on your 'transition' it's the best isn't it?

I was smoking anywhere between 25 - 40 roll ups a day, had been smoking for 36 years, I now use quite a low nic content liquid, although like a few others here, I chain vape when I'm home

I'm cool with chain vaping for the next wee while at least. I know I can come off that and go onto cartridge less inhalator or like dummy cigarette. Doesn't bother me...

Right now I just need the nicotine.....

Had a lovely walk with a friend round the university tonight. Cos I didn't take enough supplies I had one matchstick of a rollie..half way through I felt sick and was wanting to v-ape again LOL....then I got the head rush - could barely walk tee hee

I just got my huge import from china this am . Lovely big package...

Interesting to see concentration on e-cig after only a few days..BIG improvement...

Like today I lasted 1.75 hours at a new pc class no bother....Normally it's an hour and I'm craving a cig like it's going out of fashion:eek:...All I did was use my e-cig prior - (in the coffee room - praise God they have a tassimo - I think I'm going to be very happy there)....

So yeah..some sleep trouble last night but right now I'm going to work really hard on the transition today and maybe get an inhalator for places like church whereby I can't use the e-cig..(shouldn't be much. Cheaper than spray anyways and less messy than snuff)...

Here's to my new cig free life ..

and yes I had a crisis whereby I was just desperate for a cig this am - so I just had virginia liquid I got from health cabin. Not quite a cig but did enough for me not to dive out and buy 1/2 oz

Update

As you can see it's just over 2 weeks....Albeit when psychotic on Tuesday and what not (low nicotine levels) i had 1/2 oz of tobacco

Am a pretty much regular on here so anyone tell me when I can get my next star?

I've tried dual coils, single coils (very fragile - only lasted a week on heavy vaping - just not worth it!!!) and a few others...

I've had batteries die a death on me and ended up with 4 IVR 14500s and a new torch mod

I've gone back to exercise - so much so I've had to dive into my e-cig bashed OD for new trainers and even been to aerobics:)...I've also lashed out for jogging skirts and leggings to be more 'presby'

I vape everywhere....the neighbours keep saying 'we didn't know you smoked' - just cos I never used to smoke in the lift LOL...

In fact the only place I don't vape is starbucks and church. ...I can regularly been seen vaping on the buses...(usually at the back to avoid queer looks from the old ladies)....You can't beat a good vape on the bus

My taste buds are improving and despite not being able to vape in Starbucks I just love pike place . and it's cheap

and I'm about to knit/crochet my first baby wear cos I couldn't do that smoking

can't wait till I've saved £100 though from vaping and not smoking
