I would have thought batteries are the least of our problems. There are going to be several ways around shipping batteries.

The common misconception is that the ecig industry is not yet regulated (one I was guilty of a while back) we are in fact regulated as a consumer product by trading standards, (as well as self regulated by other organisations) and as such any wrongful labelling would be in breach of the law.

Shame the rm are doing this- is there any statistics/problems to show there has been a problem delivering e-liquid or toxic products that have been allowed previously?

Right up until you realise it's Trading Standards doing the buying & get pulled for mis-labeling or not being CHIP compliant. Not to mention it's one of the reasons that MHRA want to medicinalise, because some of the samples they tested didn't match the strength on the bottle . . . . labeling 18mg at 0mg would give them a field day

It also said that lithium batteries and juice could not be sent through the post.

I'm not worried about it, plus the vendors seem to have everything in hand

Any batteries or nic juice should be fine if posted before Monday's I.e. already in a postal system.

Sue i've never ordered less than 1L & it's $36:28 for 1L, sorry, i know that's not what you asked for.

stewarty & fred both had delivery of 500ml from Nicvape today, p'raps you could PM them.
