What is the next stage of standalone ecig after Riva 510 with 1100 battery .I like to drip feed my own cartridges as i change flavours at whim .Have got some cartomisers on the way from the swap tobbacco seller on amazon ,Am i right in thinking these are just atomisers with a small tank for liquid .

Hi Birdy, in effect yes they are. Inside is fluval just like your cart. also inside is the coil that heats the juice. Best way to fill these is from both ends and always make sure they're moist, once you get the burnt taste they're binsville.

A cartomiser is bascially a cartridge which has an inbuilt atomiser, you can fill them with a little more ejuice than just a seperate cartridge/atomiser set up.
You'll want a drip tip as well to use them with, as the easiet way to refill them is by directly dripping onto the filler material.
They also tend to be relatively inexpensive compared to an atomiser, as they are thought of/marketed as a disposable item.
When you say the next stage ecig, I'm thinking that you probably have in mind to get a 'mod' next . . . .

I must admit I didn't like them at first, I thought the vape was too warm and I wasn't getting a good flavour, but after using them a while they are really good and can last all day. The only downside is because they are clear when using a flavour like caramel they can look pretty bad after they heat up. But thats a small price to pay for such a good vape.

Eric, It sound like they could do with a clean mate. I dare not think how long the juice has been in there. Normally after about 3-4 days I notice the caramel turning. I clean them about every two days, I find that the caramel or hazelnut collects in the bottom and goes a really dark brown colour.

Kev, I think the reason its happening is because I cleaned the cart with water and let it dry and now the juice seems to run straight to the bottom of the cart and doesnt hold the juice as well as it did before. Your juices are great mate, so its not that. Time to put my hand in my pocket and buy some new carts.
