Hi folks! ok ive gone from the cig-a-likes to an Ego now it time to bring out the big guns! ive been trawling for ages and narrowed it down to either the: Vamo v2 (dont like the look of the v3) or Sigelei vmax v2 ive watched reviews endlessly and think they both must be pretty good? tbh i really like the look of the zmax but cant seem to find anywhere to buy it.. whats your opinions on these devices and in you opinions is there another hidden gem im unaware of!? money is not really a problem but at the same time im not looking to drop £160 on a provari! besides i really dislike the look of the thing! gods have you seen the design for the new one! any help and insight would be greatly appreciated!!

How about the v4 vamo? I'm completely new myself, but have just ordered a v4. Should be here tomorrow. Same internals as v3 with a v2 chassis.

I have 2 Vamo's a V1 & V2 both still working fine after purchasing when they first came out and both had a lot of use.
I also have a TZ-max which I bought in the group buy here and it is now my favourite device for every day use, I like that I can use multiple batteries.

+1 on the Zmax Telescope . . . I've the EHPRO version, cracking device it is as well. I've also the Vamo, another good device, but the Zmax wins for me as it's a nicer construction. * Going to pop your thread onto the GV Board mcallister687 if you don't mind. *

Didn't know there was a v4 vamo out! Sounds good if it's rocking the old chassis design! Will have too look at that, where did you buy from?
As for the zmax v3 I read there was connection probs with the flat head.. what have you got on there?
Oh and what's an LT ??

+1 for the vamo from me. Love the vamo. You can pick them up pretty cheap on fasttech if you are willing to wait a bit longer.

Innokin SVD or the telescopic zmax. You won't go wrong with either.

As for the zmax v3 I read there was connection probs with the flat head.. what have you got on there? Oh and what's an LT ?? I have not had any connection problems with the flathead. So far I have used Vivi Nova, Kayfun, Taifun and Ithaka (510) and Steam Machine (ego)without any issues. However there may well be something, somewhere that does not work well with it! My Lavatube does have one great feature which I wish was more common, namely a spring-loaded centre pin which means it makes a good connection with any atty that I put on it. However it still needs an adapter for ego stuff and airflow can also be an issue....

If you can get hold of the Vamo V4, that's the way to go. (IMO)

Id lean to ordering a SVD off of fasttech (providing your in no rush), cheap as chips and telescopic which gives you more freedom with your batteries
