Rewick Iclear 16!

Anyone got a tutorial on how to re-wick the iclear16 atomizer, with them being a duel coil they seem a bit tricky, thanks.

I want to see someone do it too, so I can worship their dedication. Not going to try to do it however, since the heads go on for ever and are so cheap to replace

I did manage a working dual coil in a Vivi Nova head but as I've not got a I-Clear 16 I can't advise, only relay what others have said and that is they're a PITA to re-coil and life's too short, so I'd recommend go and buy replacements, they're cheap enough.

If you want to try then you are moving into the area of mixing Res wire with Non Res wire

Thanks for the heads up on that guys, if you guys who have tried struggle, then I aint got a prayer, think fastech sell the full unit at $2.65 if you buy 5 or more, I got some non res wire here, have not got a clue on how to use it as every time I try to re-wick anything my vamo or lava tube fail to work.

I've done it, straight forward enough in a simple but fiddly kind of way. Won't be doing it again because its too time consuming.

Jeez. I can't even do an evod....so what hope is there.

I built many a thing (f.g.s.) and yet an evod.....blurghhh.....instant metallic-burn-out-funky-vile-taste-tastic.

Dunno what happened with your evod djs but they really aren't difficult. Only problem that I found is that if you don't get the wick fat enough you have to lay more strands on top to stop it leaking. I'd try again.
