Soon to be ex Cigar smoker - what strength ?

Apologies if this has been asked, I did have a look through but I could only find questions related to cigarettes.

I smoke between 5 and 10 Castella Classic Cigars per day and as they're not filtered and are stronger than cigarettes I'm struggling to work out what the cigarette equivalent would be , any former cigar smokers able to help ?

I did not smoke cigars but a question would be; Did you inhale? If you did you may need quite a high strength, start out on 24mg and if that does not cut the mustard go up to 36mg would be my recommendation. Or you could start at 36mg and if that's too strong then get a lower level and mix them to get a lower level.

Most people start off with 18mg samples. Even if you don't manage to quit completely on 18mg it will give you a very good idea of the flavour you like, then you will be able to buy a bigger bottle in a higher strength if you need to.

To start with vaping can be a bit hit or miss as far as flavours and strengths go.

I was a cigar smoker up until last November. I started on 18mg liquid but now a normally buy 30 mg. it is a big change going from cigars to vaping but once u find the correct strength and a flavor u like I'm sure u won't go back to cigars
