Exactly one year ago today I STOPPED smoking.My journey began with a whim of trying a Ten motives from Tesco.Ah ha I thought this is cheaper than smoking but also healthier. The taste left a lot to be desired but it was a start ,but the biggest choice was finding this forum.
From my first venture into ecigs with the help of this forum I learnt how to fill cartos and on to rewicking ,recoiling and how to do almost everything apart from saving money(thanks Robbie)I can mix my own eliquid also.
So anyone new to vaping,read these pages of information .and take in all the knowledge on offer and you to will be able to read any thread and understand it fully.
Once again a big thank you to all forum members for the help along the way and remember to ask questions as not only will you get the answers but anyone else reading it will have chance to learn as well,as you do not know you do not know anything until you read something and think "oh yes I wondered about that"
So once again thanks for having me and allowing me to be a part of the best ecig forum on the net
I should add I'm 64 this year so if I can do it your younger minds should do it with no trouble

Wonderful achievement I'm at the 7 month point myself and looking forward to being where you are now  Looking back on the last 7 months it is amazing the difference between the first few drags on a disposable lookalike and the vape I'm enjoying now! Oh wowwee Ron huge congratulations. I am 8 months in, am constantly on here, read all the posts, can mix an acceptable to me liquid but unfortunately still know next to nothing
