Why don't you do as jess suggests molly for a trial run . . . buy some Vegetable Glycerine from Boots or a chemist it's under a couple of pounds for 250ml, a few flavours and have a go at making a no nic eliquid.

It wouldn't cost a lot and be good way of seeing if you wanted to go further into mixing.

You could try buying this pre mixed base at 26

and if you used super concentrated flavours such as this one

I use it at around 3%  so your finished liquid would be around 25mg

If you were using flavouring that needed 15% that would take the 26mg base down to around 23mg
