Evod kit - fasttech

Hi all,

Im wondering if you can help. I want to order an evod from fastech including battery and clearomiser.

Do any come with the evod branding on the battery as a kit? I can't seem to find one which comes as a kit but has this.

Would it be better to have one which had the evod branding? I'm thinking along the lines of the copy being better? If anyone has ordered one with success please let me know.

Genuine evods are made by Kanger, so my guess is, a battery with 'evod' branding on is as much a clone as anything else.

The evod clones from fastech have VERY mixed reviews - buy with caution. I've only use 1 of my 7 'chi-vods' and it was great to start, but leaks a bit round the window.

If you're wanting a cheap reliable starter kit, try this from Paradise Vape - several of us have them, and can't fault them for £7 +p&p. (Also, I understand the customer service is much better than in China )

I'm not knocking fasttech, just be wary of what you buy, and read all the reviews. I've got quite a bit of their gear that I'm very happy with, and some that I'm not

There's this Evod starter kit that looks like a pretty good deal to me Phil . . . with our forum discount code it will be even better:

I've also bought the Fasttech Evod clones and have been lucky as mine have been trouble free, but as Fred says, others have not been so fortunate.

That's an excellent price for a genuine EVOD kit.

Anyone thinking of getting one. Believe me when I say you'll be hard pushed to buy a better quality eGo type kit than a kanger Evod one.

They are excellent quality and perform better than any other eGo type kit I've tried....and I've tried a good few now.

With a dissy code it's even better. I have no end of Mods to choose from, but it's always a toss up between my evods or the smok epipe for out and about discreet use.

Hi philb - I believe this is the genuine article, so the batteries should have evod branding on them. It's up to you whether you want to take a punt on a cheaper kit. I once bought a couple of ego batteries from a UK vendor who was selling them at about half the regular price. Since they both packed up after about a month they turned out to be quite expensive.
