Wow wisher, that's a tough call. You've already had some great suggestions above, but for what it's worth, go round for a cuppa, take a spare clearo and battery, preferably with the same setup for yourself, and ask if you can vape while you drink. Explain why you vape, perhaps how it calms you down and helps you think straight, and if she seems interested enough, pull out the 2nd kit and offer to leave it with her 'just in case' . . . If nothing else is achieved, you will have spent some time with her and she will know you care and are worried about her - if she starts vaping, it could be the thing that pulls her through if the worst come to the worst. The very best of luck, and all credit to you for being a good friend and neighbour.

I'd say that instead of her going back to smoking, it would be far better for her to start vaping

I know folk might think well at 75, what the hell, but with her heart condition smoking might make stop her reaching a very, very ripe old age. I hope everything turns out well all round for her and her hubby, I really do.

I can't see why not! recommend her a great starters vaping set up, (maybe mini tornado RCS or the tornado RCS kit & run her through the whole vaping thing? it's better to enlighten her to a healthier, tasty option rather than watch her maybe give into temptation & get some real cigarettes. I hope my post is a little bit helpful! All the best, Ben

My nan quit smoking in her 70's and it didn't half make the rest of her life a lot more comfortable than it would have been. Please give her a fantastic alternative to getting back on those deadly ciggies. If my nan was around now and was suffering with cravings I would SO buy her a couple of the little blister pack vapers and some juice and tell her to fill her boots!!

I completely agree joehel Mid 70's isn't really that old in this day & age.
