Received the leads and lumo-miser today, thank you!

Loving the lumo-miser!! What a Great piece of kit!       




Oh and I've been using the leads too, checking my past coiling attempts...         pretty pleased with myself atm         , again it's a great piece of kit that's so easy to use, (I've had a meter for months and after using it just a few times I didn't trust myself that I was using it right so it was still in the box, and now.......... it's been set free!       )

Sorry they were late folks, had a few hitches at my end, missed a day and meters are another day behind leads.

All leads and meters are now posted though.

Just wanted to add:

If anybody has random or unstable readings it's usually a ranging issue.

For volts - set switch to off and then straight back to 20v DC.

For Ohms - set switch to 2000k, wait a moment and then straight back to 200.

You may find with some mods that you can't get a decent Ohms reading with the battery connected, simply test your atty in isolation.

Just done my first recoil and wick came out to 2.1ohms using it on a dripper with snake oil juice, probably beginners luck, but thanks again to Raid for the leads which gave me confidence

This is a cracking tool, and really nicely made too, Matt's done a bang-up job! Really like being able to test the voltage drop under load, and will definitely be using this to help with recoiling Had a meter for months, but chucked it back in it's box because it was too fiddly to use, well it's out now so finally getting use from it!

I did have a problem getting it to connect on some mods, but then realised that the rubber sleeving was protruding a bit, snipped it carefully away and it screwed on perfectly, this may be a problem with mods with low flying 510 posts (and helped me identify which mods had that problem, so 2for1!)
