Just gone ahead and ordered the Screwdriver + Tank and a few spares .Is it a noticeable improvement on the Riva . I think so Birdy, quite sure you'll notice the difference as well. Looking forward to hearing how you get on.

If you can do that Dee, you must be superwoman. I'm very heavy handed and have never managed to force the screw through the button to compress the spring because that's what you'd have to do for it to happen. I did it by using a screwdriver to hold the thread while I tightened it LOL. Not a good idea Dee, if you tighten the screw and cap together and the spring is fully compressed, something is wrong. Either it's an incorrect spring or the screws too short. The way you are doing it is correct though.

My SD should probably arrive in the morning post - getting a bit bored with kep topping up my riva carts now ,need a tank that lasts at least an hour or so .Hope the sd and its kit can provide that.

At a month on, I'm still fairly new to this vaping malarky, but I prefer it to smoking; never mind the health benefits; but at the mo I'm happy with the SD, so I don't think I'll be forking out for a GG yet.
I've also ordered the three spare batteries and five atomisers for £20, which seems like a bargin; so that should keep me going for a while. And for 'back up', I've got my Rivas, so I feel pretty sorted, equipment wise.
I find that with the SD I don't have to drip to get a good vape, and the carts seem really good, and I think I would class myself as someone whose a moderate to heavy vaper.
