Myself and my wife started Vapor-Z almost 2 years ago .
Due to the similarities in names of Vaping companies we wanted to state their is only one Vapor-Z which we have obtained a European registered trademark for.
Any other companies of the same or similar names are NOT associated with us in any way at all. We have 2 stores only and a website.
We are aware of an ex franchise that is currently still trading under the Vapor-Z shop signage which should be removed shortly, but we no longer have an affiliation with them.

I can vouch for this whole hardheartedly.I went to a store , which was an ex franchise of Vapor-Z , we were in that particular area for the day and I went in.To start with I was totally ignored when i went in to the store as I was waiting by the counter.One of the 3 ( I certainly don't think they were customers ) and they had to tell the guy someone was there.He came to the front and said " what do you want ? " , I thought, that's a nice entrance , I asked if he had 2 or 3 products , he just said "No" and added nothing extra, then started to talk to the other people in the store.so , I just turned around and walked out.He didn't say anything like, "well we haven't got that , but we do have this" etc etc etc.I might have bought something.Companies that talk to people like that when they don't even know you , let alone been in contact before , from a totally different part of the country , is unbelievable.




So , what Tan is saying , even if it has Vapor-Z above the door , if it isn't the addresses above then it ISN'T Vapor-Z  and you won't get the professional level of customer service and the great range of products.

I've tried every other way of contacting you, website contact form twice, telephone 3 times (assistant promised to pass on message).

Also pm'd you, nothing, no effort at all to contact me.

Ordered an item, did not arrive, no contact to inform me of this, even after the above.

Assistant stated they will inform me when back in stock, trying to cancel the order, to no avail.

Shocking service, hopefully my experience is a one off.

Dread to think what would have happened if I had a warranty claim.

My apologies for resurrecting a dead thread, but this is my last try at contacting you.

I will not hold my breath.

@hubcap I'm really sorry to hear you are having such bad customer service & trouble contacting Vapor-Z

Although I did join Faceache a while back, I also don't really do it.

I completely agree that it's very annoying to be ignored. Maybe also post in the Vendor Review board about your experience with them?

I recently had a few issues with Vaper Z also. Contacted them via a few sources, no reply. FB message to Tan and finally got a reply which was not to my liking. The PMMA tank for my Hurricane (£120) atomiser fell to bits after two months, no tank crackers in it and it is a well know issue. Vaper Z basically said they did not know if I had misused the tank. I supplied a photo of the PMMA tank and it was pretty obvious it was a defect because it was only the bottom threaded part of the tank that fell to bits. It makes it very easy for me as a customer to say I will never order anything from them again.
