Hi washburn. Can you please send me your order number as the only return for a solara we have at the minute we have answered emails and are waiting back for an answer from the person. The email ws sent at 10.28 on the 22nd of october and we have had reponse back as yet. Many Thanks 2 emails sent and replied to on 9/10, a further email sent to say I would return the solara (no reply). Promise made that it would be in the post as soon as the return came, which I sent next day delivery. This didn't happen and I sent a further email that took 3 days to get a reply to with another promise that it was being sent out, and still no sign of it. The email of 22nd did not warrant a reply, and the item should have arrived by saturday at the latest assuming you send next day signed for as I did, which would seem a minimum courtesy. To be honest, I just want my money back now, and to buy from a reliable vendor who keeps promises. That is ok i will refund your purchase no problem but the the email reply was to see what juice you wanted for gratis but its ok your refund is on its way. The 3 days you mentioned the email was went on Tuesday evening and we replied on Thursday morning.

Have to admit this is putting me off from ordering from there again. I've only made one purchase there and that was a month or so ago i ordered my Fujin mod and Kaze RDA the serials didn't match as advertised by the manufacturer but personally i'm not that anal so don't care about that particularly. When i hear stories like this about poor customer service or lack of responses to complaints or issues though it makes me wary about ordering anything else which is a shame as i have had my beady eye on a couple of things. Hi there, CKS and Aria serials have never matched because the Kaze was the first project they did together and were well ahead of the fuji when they started to put them together. I hope you enjoyed your mod combo as it is a stunning set up

Vapor-Z strange all those issues with scratches i assumed they used the same coating as the Fujin and mine hasn't gotten scratched up. Admittedly i have only used it at home so it hasn't been going in and out of pockets and stuff but even so it seems weird that the Rune would get scratched up in a box with a foam insert.

That was our thinking but it seems somewhere down the line QC at finishing, packaging and the distribution side has failed. The ones that arrived flawless are that just flawless and we cant wait to get them back in. :-)

I explicitly stated this for a reason, and now I find that you didn't send it out the 2nd time you promised to because you were waiting for me to answer an email with info that I had already given. May I respectfully suggest, and I'm really not having a go here, that you take more care when communicating with customers, because the fact you clearly either didn't read or forgot about my cover note indicates a problem.
