Hey Guys! Been vaping for only 3 weeks and have been really enjoying it especially trying out different flavours. Stared really well at stopping the real ones ( down to 1 or 2 a day) until a rather nasty inner ear injury but pain has eased from that now so hoping to fully give up the real ones. I do find giving up the real ones when drinking especially hard!  Have spent some time reading threads and have started buying from joosejuice.Looking forward to getting to know some of you better  |

Hi and welcome in .I am a newcomer here myself have been a smoker for 40+ years and vaping is the only thing that has stopped me (3 weeks now and counting ) and to be quite honest i wouldnt care if i never had another fag .Keep at it and good luck .tez

Thanks guys for the lovey welcome. Finding it easier to cut out the stinkies after trying out new flavours, i first thought i would like tobacco flavour but quickly changed to sweet flavoured ones. My fav at the moment is toffee |

Don't stress about giving up, it will just happen now you are vaping.
If the one or two a day are first thing in the morning then a higher nic in the mornings should sort that.
