My only issue is that I do not want a glass tank, trust me I would break it within the first few days, I really am that clumsy, already dropped this one 5 times since yesterday morning, they are just so heavy at the side of a rollie...so am looking at other tanks that claim to be tougher to crack... So daughter came in from the pub last night.....it all ended in my final figure of 9 stinkies, more than I wanted but I did not deprave my self...I had a limit in my head of 15. So far still 0 today....after eating it really does bite at me, arrggggg. You'll get used to the weight though Debbie . . . the tendency to drop stuff I can't advise on however. Rom has spotted these: www.vapingthings.com/SMOK_PYREX_ARO/p1311952_10507132.aspxDon't forget as well that your body will absorb the nicotine differently as to how it does with tobacco, so you may find yourself vaping more to feel the same ' satisfaction ' . . . but 18mg is a good strength for many of us. Congrats to your hubby and good luck for today. Oohhh now thats fantastic value....not had chance today to do any research...had some friends round till about half hour ago....all vaping and trying new juices.....Cola, Cappuccino, Red Bull, Very Berry, Double Apple and Ice Mint....The Cappuccino is to die for...totally fab and very fulfilling....deep flavor and very satisfying....Cola is ok but much better mixed with the Red Bull.....yummy....both of those being a lower nic strength too Disappointed in the Double Apple....its green and red apple and a little too sweet for me...not a lover of red apple....Ice mint is too minty for me...but I am thinking of putting a few drops into my soft mint...see what happens LOL Thank you hun...hubby still not had any....I have had 7......its always after the eating thing....it just bites at me lol...

You're doing brilliantly Debbie . . . bit by bit as vaping becomes more enjoyable to you, you'll be replacing those ' habit cigs ' before you know it with a nice vape. If you'd like a good clearomiser with a glass tank, perfect for any potential crackers, then the Davide is excellent. The coil heads are compatible with the Evod ones as well: www.safercigs.co.uk/ANYVAPE_DAVIDE/cat705284_2046802.aspxMy only issue is that I do not want a glass tank, trust me I would break it within the first few days, I really am that clumsy, already dropped this one 5 times since yesterday morning, they are just so heavy at the side of a rollie...so am looking at other tanks that claim to be tougher to crack... So far still 0 today....after eating it really does bite at me, arrggggg. Debbie, my hubby now has totally glass tanks and he kept knocking them over so I got us both a really cheap black pen holder each - the kind you have on a desk with different height tubes. We now keeps all our e-cigs and spares in those holders and nothing can get knocked over. It's especially important for us as we have a 4 month old puppy and if we broke something and spilled juice, I'd be so terrified he'd lick it!!! The flavour and vape from our Davides (me - mini, him - mega) is second to none and I'd thoroughly recommend them!! You WILL stop comparing these to rollies soon, trust me. If I do any comparisons, it's the other way round. I puff away on my e-cig thinking how much more expensive my old Mayfairs would be, how much smellier, how much the smoke would linger, how much I'm loving my new variety of flavours, how much my lung function has increased already, how fewer nasty chemicals I'm ingesting... In fact, how much better life now is!!

You're both doing fantastically well Debbie. For many of us, myself included, habits of a lifetime don't change overnight . . . I ' enjoyed ' a fraction of my 40/50 daily cigarettes, but I still smoked the unenjoyable ones because they were habit. Even if you did have a couple of cigs a day, it's no biggie and many vapers do. Look at all the ones you've not smoked already, how brilliant is that!

As we have said to others so often Debbie13 it's the stinkies that you don't smoke that make the difference! My vaping mate James used to cane his clearo after eating and it only took him a couple of days to get to the stage where he could dispense with that after-meal ciggie. Don't panic about it, once you have found your favourite juices you will be right on the money, and you'll be surprised how quickly you can achieve 'vape-only' status!! Big congrats to you and your OH for achieving what you have so far, and keep us posted, we love to hear of sucesses

Day 3.....hubby 0 me 3, hubby is doing fantastic, he really canes it at certain times but manages to keep away from rolling one I am not giving my self stick.....trying to do the 2 things in life that are hardest for me...diet and give up the smokes, I have found myself yearning for certain foods more this last few days.....I know this is b'cos the stinkies are not an option sometimes...looking back over the weeks, stinkies have replaced that urge you get when dieting.... I am so looking forward to the order coming...once I find the one for me I know this will get easier We have been using an old cup of my daughters, she is nearly 18 but kept some of her cartoon cups....she is happy for us to use one as an Ecig holder....thank god we have different looking ones, our 2 friends yesterday also have Ego batteries but again different colours so all 4 lived in the cup in between vapes ..........less likely to knock them over and I have not dropped it since lol...so maybe I shall buy one protank for those lovely flavors that seem to be crackers...and only use it at home.... So many choices out there, tanks and flavors seems to have grabbed my attention more than anything......we would have been due to buy our months supply of tobacco, that money has been spent on the kit and all the juice's etc.....no regrets yet Thank you to you all for your words of encouragement ......I find it easier knowing and feeling no pressure .....all those other times with patches and gum etc I totally put far too much pressure on myself.....giving it the " today is the day you stop the stinkies" without that I am doing far better this time round and feel positive that vaping will be a new way for hubby and me....now all we have to do is curb the addiction we both seem to have of trying all the juices

Your both doing so well Remember it'll take time, I didn't put too much pressure on myself and everything started to fall into place, I'm sure you'll be the same. Keep at it

Not to mention the shopping ) settled with a range of egos and iclear16s , loving menthol , chocolate and mocha at the moment ! Strangely I can't abide tobacco flavours ! Was on 20 Rolli ups a day and haven't had the urge for one since day one !! I rolled one for other half and lit it up and was disgusted ! Can honestly say I don't think I will go back to stinkie a now ! Wish he would stop but can't convert him good luck with your journey I'm sure the day will come soon when you just won't want a normal ciggie

Hi Debbie, you really are doing fantastically Be easy on yourself, especially until you figure out what works for you and what doesn't. Experimenting is the key to giving up the stinkies almost effortlessly, ONCE those experiments help you find your bliss. Isn't it wonderful for couples to be able to give up. Before we discovered vaping, if one of us wanted to quit, it was far to easy to cadge a cig of the other one, so it was in essence impossible. I found quitting really easy, but hubby has struggled a bit. He had to have cigs in the house as a safety blanket, which made it far too easy for him to lapse. He has only recently decided that the only way to truly quit was to stop buying tobacco .... only took him a year Everybody's journey is a little different. At some point you have to decide to walk away from the stinkies (or not) but for most it comes naturally. Putting pressure on yourself can be counter productive, making you panic smoke. We all know what it is like to not get our nicotine fix when we need it. It trains smokers to think that they can't cope without a cig. Give your body a chance to get to know this new fangled way of getting nicotine. It was months and months before I stopped craving a cig if I forgot to vape enough. My brain has finally figured it out, but it took a long time to get there. I now have a panic clearo with more nic in than I normally vape. I now associate that with calm and stress relief rather than a cig. I only use it about once a week, but I know it is there. It takes months to truly figure out a system that works for you. Some like just one flavour, some (like me) need several flavours readily available to keep the taste buds interested. Clearos are not expensive, having several on the go at once is no biggie. Then there is all the batteries, different ohms, different volts etc. It is a journey of discovery, and can only be walked one step at a time. Finding flavours you like and what level of nicotine works for you is the first step. Once you have that under your belt the rest is surprisingly easy if you keep an open mind and let it be fun Keep up the experiments and remember to have fun along the way.

Thank you once again for the lovely words of encouragement ...Today I need them more than ever.......struggling today with both the diet and the smoking...strange how we compensate one for the other, makes me realize how much the stinkies really helped me to diet. Craving all sorts of foods today...food I never bothered with before... Yesterday the day ended on 11 stinkies....still much less than before the vaping....today so far 9 stinkies..... Got the email from Alchemists Cupboard to say my new juices have been sent out today.....cannot wait...I really hope one of them is THE one.....Hubby seems to be happily sticking to his mint...I am changing a few times throughout the day......sticking more with a mix of Red bull and Cola...tastes a little like Cola cubes All the flavor without the calories ... I am looking forward to the postie tomorrow ....I seem to be getting addicted to trying new juices.... Already converted 4 other people, they want to try the different juices, looking into the different types of tanks etc.......They all want the Ego battery same as mine......I must admit I have said the Evod is fantastic....I love it LOL ...the great side of also converting others is that we get to try so many more juices between us...

So here we go...my little review again lol This time all from The Alchemists Cupboard...All 18mg Nic, Now have to remember that the email states to let them steep for a week...the paperwork with the package also states this....but just had to have a taste....Turkish Delight...this one deffo needs to steep for a week, was a very light flavor, not enough umphhhh for me..fingers crossed for a stronger flavor in a week. Blackcurrant & Liquorice, no blackcurrant for me, all liquorice, vaped over a few hours, enjoyable and pretty strong, cannot wait to taste again in a week. Aunty Flo's Pear Drop....bloomin heck, very strong, just like the sweets, took my breath away at one point, had to take smaller vapes, hubby has vaped this since coming in from work, he LURVES it. Egg Custard Tart, maybe my taste buds are all wrecked but didnt enjoy this, daughter who is also a smoker loved it tho, fingers crossed in a week as I love Egg Custard. Little Violet Sweeties, love love love this one, this ones a keeper and is sitting pretty being vaped, the room smells lush too...bonus I cannot wait to taste again after a week of steeping, this one could not get too strong for me, infact the stronger the better All in all I great new flavor experience today....some very positive tastes, I think the hubby has found his every day vape in the Pear Drop, Mine ..Gotta be the Violet Sweeties, Also looking at those glass tanks more and more, I can see one in my future lol. If I am to continue this addiction for juice buying and trying a glass tank is going to be a must, ooohhhhh never expected this choice lol How are the stinkies going??? Hubby in 5 days has smoked 2 stinkies, I take my hat off to him, he is doing fantastic. Me well I am averaging 10 per day....which isnt 20 - 30 per day ...so that is a fantastic for me I am noticing the flavor of the stinkies is becoming less desirable ...but still smoke it.....the smell isnt that good either, noticing less of a yack smell in the house, the journey is exciting and one I am enjoying...long may it continue

There's alot of us who switch flavours through the day Debbie so you're not alone . . . I've generally got 6 on the go, for me it helps to keep vaping fresh and interesting. Plus there are so many lovely flavours out there it's a shame to limit yourself to a couple. That's my excuse anyway. You can always sell on/trade the ones you really don't like on the Classified Board.
