Vape mesh company

When i place a order with them i always 1hr later email them "Any idea when the goods will be dispatched" 30mins later "Goods have been dispatched"

Dealing with this company has proved to be a bit of a saga. Ordered some wire, wick and mesh on 12th August. Package arrived on the 21st, wick all correct, two extra sheets of mesh, which was nice, but no wire. Called them, they said they'd send it out straight away. A week later, nothing. Called them again, they said they'd send it out straight away. Another week later, nothing. This brings us to yesterday. Called again. The wire arrived this morning: just a spool in a jiffy bag, no documentation, hand-written address. Definitely something wrong with their dispatch process, if you ask me. I won't be in a hurry to use them again.

I hope these experiences are just a blip on the vapemesh companys part short term, as i ve used them a few times now and more than happy each time (seem a shame as i have them down as the place to go )

I ordered 3mm silica wick on Monday and received Wednesday, never had a problem with them yet but there is always a first time

Received my order yesterday so it took a day and a half from ordering to reaching my door.

I have ordered with them a few times and had two "successes" out of three. Delivery is far from fast but prices are good. I seem to remember them being the Wire and Mesh Company or something like that when I first ordered, but now they seem to have a few different branches, including Vape Mesh.
The problem there is that when I received a wrong order, it took me ages to figure out who to contact or how (Of course, I'd dumped the delivery note before I realised!). I'm sure I had an online account with them but couldn't log in to check my order number.
Can't say I had any satisfaction in rectifying the problem even when I found the right person to speak to, so I ordered again and finally got what I needed.
They do have good prices but I think in future I'd order from somewhere where I would be sure of getting what I need within a reasonable time.

They sent 3mm silica instead of 2.5mm. They said take a photo of the delivery note and they'll replace

Too much hassle though I could see where they were coming from

Am now dealing with Pat and Pat only and I believe she's a woman of her word...

I have only ordered from them once. Everything I ordered came but I had such a long wait I had almost forgotten I had ordered it. This was several months ago and I was hoping they had improved as I was just about to make another order.

Personally, I will place my order, give it 24 hours for email confirmation.
If none received then I phone up and speak to Chris ( General Manager) always seems to work.

After reading the majority of this thread all I have to say is .......... stop bloody whinging .... vapemesh where originally a company that manufacture wire and mesh for industrial use ... and then vapers found out about the quality of their stuff , so they have had to try and adapt to different ways of business ( large industrial type orders )to suit the smaller audience (vapers) .

You can't please everyone .. and to be honest if I had a large industrial order and some whinging t**t on the phone mithering about a shortage in an order of a tenner ........ I know who I would be looking at for paying my wages.

Needless to say I have had no problems with them , neither have I had problems with ampulla , to both companies thanks for good service.

Oh crap, just ordered 10m of .2mm Kanthal last night!! At least I got an 'order received' email today, but no news on shipment yet. I've still got over a metre left, so no blinding tear.
I do agree with @storm though, our small orders are indeed small beer compared with a large industrial order. However, he said, covering his bases, if they purport to being an online vendor they should have their sales procedures up to scratch before starting to sell.
