Vape mesh company

Agreed... I can understand that a company like this have more to worry about than my small order of a few metres ofecowool and wire here and there. For that reason I didn't bother following it up any more after the initial contact.. I just ordered again to get what I had actually wanted in the first place.

That said, unless I am looking for enough ecowool to build a Spiderman house, I probably won't be ordering from them in future.
Either they sell to people like myself and provide a reliable service , or they don't.

I seem to remember that before they started the VapeMesh side of things, I had a great service from them and I wish them the best in whatever path they choose to go with it.

I resorted to buying from this company again

The only reason I did was because I want the crunchy silica I got the first time round.

Anyway I had a dispatched message within 2 hours of my order being placed (8am), but clearly it did not get dispatched at that time as its still not here.

Hopefully it will be here tomorrow but we will see.

They do seem to have got their act together recently, however if it's still a no go, PM me i got the bosses direct e-mail addy.

It looks like I may have been lucky. I've placed four orders with them and each one has been delivered within two days.
I will have no problem going with them in the future.

same with me, I order, I get confirmation, i get it delivered a couple of days later (sometimes with a little freebee included)

Last time I use them

I have had 3 orders with them always get email saying dispatched next day then nothing arrives for over a week. It happening once (oh well it happens) twice (that's bad luck) but 3 times in succession now that's a pattern, it proves to me they are sending dispatched emails out when order hasn't really been sent & that is bad customer service.

I get 99% of UK orders within 2 working days of it being dispatched yet this company has yet to deliver within 10, this may be my lucky one only been 7 so far.

Read this yesterday, thought 'They're less than half the price, I'm not in a hurry, s*d it', placed order yesterday at 12:38, came through the postbox 11 am today.

They had a complete re-shuffle and got new machinery, my last three orders i have received them next day.

I have been using them regularly over the past 6 months and have never had a problem .... a comprehensive product range available in a variety of quantities, cheap postage and fast dispatch ... my latest order was placed Tuesday afternoon and delivered today (Thursday) lunchtime to Belfast ... couldn't ask for more.

Planet Earth is too vague a delivery address for Royal Mail .... no wonder it takes 10 days!

But seriously I live in norfolk & order still not here looks like its gonna be 3 in a row (orders over 10 days to arrive). I know there will not be a fourth order, I put a lot of value on good service & this company has failed me 3 times in a row & I no longer trust them the order dispatched email is just a downright lie

Hmm - my last order arrived 36 hours later, all in good order with 1m of 2mm silica as a freebie. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again

My one (and first) order with them went smoothly. Quick delivery, nicely packaged and marked up. Cheaper (considerably) than some places.

I shall follow this thread.... and report back.

Just received another order from the Vape Mesh company .... ordered some silica wick and 10m lenghts of a few different gauges of Kanthal A1 wire. He has sent me 25m of each of the wires on the bigger more user friendly spools free of charge. Usual 2 days from ordering to delivery. A great vendor to deal with in my opinion.
