many many moons ago, i attempted a vanilla custard from one of our recipes. it was vile. BUT now its really really nice. i have no idea whats in it or ratios used but discovered 30ml bottle. i'm glad i kept it now   |

I seem to find VC just gets better , my 1st attempt was 3 months before I liked it. I now mix it in 100ml batches.

You need to invest in an ultrasonic cleaner to fast steep your juice Spikey I recon 10 x 8 min cycles are equivalent to around 2 weeks steeping.
Although i now mix a few hundred mill at a time - I can tell no difference to taste if slow or fast steeped
