I appologise if any of the below has been covered, it probably has but i'm trying to get my answers in one place, I'll add more questions as I think of them lol. After reading some very positive reviews I've been daring myself to buy THIS . I'd like to ask a few questions first and hope for some answers from you knowledgable bunch. What type of batteries does it take and how many ? If it needs more than one battery would stacking be a problem ? Where's the best place to buy the batteries from ? I'm thinking I'll need a charger aswell. Will this mod when loaded with fully charged batteries last me longer than my spinner 1300 if I vaped the same amount ? Will it make me much cooler and super dooper ?

Karma I don't really like the look of those tbh. Vaping vanity, but I will be putting it to my face regularly lol.

JayJ in 18650 mode it makes a great personal protection weapon as it is about 9" long LOL. Seriously though this a great value mod .. I bought the same item about a month ago and I love it. In the long mode with a 18650 battery it will last a full day minimum. In short mode with a decent 18350 battery it will last about 1/2 day. Get the panasonic unprotected 18650 batteries from Fasttech (about £9 for two) which are great batteries. Fastech don't do any decent 18350 batteries ... get AW or efest from elsewhere and do NOT stack them. You will also need a charger that is suitable for 18650 and 18350 batteries .. FT do a decent Nitecore one. As regards looking cool, I look cool no matter what I'm vaping with LOL.

@freefromsmoking "AW or efest" ? If the device takes two panasonic 18650 and I use both together, wouldn't that be stacking ? or am I misunderstanding stacking as I thought it was just putting them in the tube one on the other.

Don't stack batteries, it's dangerous. You can't stack 2 18650s in it anyway, it would look like a lethal weapon you will need at least 2 batteries though, so as you can use one while the other charges

It takes one 18650 in "long" mode or one 18350 in "short" mode but some (risk taking?) people stack 2 18350s in long mode. I prefer to play it safe and never stack batteries. The two panasonics I referred to come as a package and will give you a backup while the other is being recharged. ETA: AW and efest are good makes of battery available from numerous UK vendors vapeescape is one that comes to mind

Stacking is just that.. putting one battery above another.. You wouldn't be able to stack 18650s due to size.. Ps. I've had an svd for a few days and quite like it.. yes its not as adjustable as my evic but I still like it!

Karma @freefromsmoking Ahhhh so I buy the 18650's in a two pack but actually use only one in the device, same so with the 18350's. also appears to take an 18500 which I assume is between the two size wise ? Is this why it is telescopic to adjust length to accomodate relevant battery (singular) ? It's a slow process but I'll get there.

Right so if it is telescopic what's to prevent it turning/telescoping on it's own or does it lock in place ? Maybe I should look for youtube vids to demonstrate that as I must be a royal pain in the ar5e with so many questions.
