how do you know its not brass?
i read somwhere the vaperfreak was brass coloured but is now silver so i dont think that makes a difference

A wise young gent did post earlier that restocking was a good sign, what a clever fellow  I ordered mine on 30th August .... Up until 2 days ago it said despatch date 13th September .... That has now changed to "restocking"... Really annoying !!!,,,, I've got my res/ no res wires delivered and raring to go ... Why they are still advertising this when the have no stock and a huge backlog is beyond me ... Restocking is usually A good sign whenever I have had that on a order it usually then gets dispatched within 24-48 hrs |

how do you know its not brass? i read somwhere the vaperfreak was brass coloured but is now silver so i dont think that makes a difference The centre pin on the vaperbreak photo is silver in colour so it is either stainless steel or chromed brass -- neither is as good a conductor as brass and this, coupled with the unpolished overall finish leads me to conclude that it is inferior to the FT offering puts me off it. Good news is that FT seem to be up and running again so that is where I will be spending my hard earned.  |
