I must admit I started on an itaste vv/vw v3 and a mini ego. But since I've had my vamo those two haven't had a look in

I bought the same kit Village idiot formerly tjlumle but I am only getting maybe 6-8 hours at most from the batteries, maybe I am doing something wrong? I didn't think I vaped particularly heavily!

Thanks again

Method69uk - a wise choice there, hope you'll enjoy it! I have 2 Vamos, with one on loan to a fellow vaper at the moment, and I have a pair of Panasonic 18650Bs from FT (about £11/pr if I remember correctly). I get about 1.5-2 days per battery with average vaping, so you should be OK with just a pair. They take about 6-8 hours to charge, so plenty of time between switches for a top-up. I use Protanks on top - they look good and work well with the Vamo too. I have used Novas, but these are now consigned to the drawer as back-ups. A word of caution - Evods don't fit the V2 (not sure about newer models) so you might need to get a 510/eGo adaptor, they're only a few quid, and then you can put anything you want on top. Do keep us posted, and let us know what you think once it arrives!

Evods fit on my V4, which is supposedly a V2 body with V3 electronics...
