Tried on a lovely coat in tesco but a little dusty so picked up the next one along in the size I wanted

Got home, tried it on to show mr BC and would you believe someone had put a size 22 on a size 12 hanger , it was a little large

So back to tesco after work tomorrow

It is a right pain when then happens, although I thought they checked & asked at the check outs, seems not, now. Hope they still have your size when you go tomoz.

That happened to me recently at M&Co. It didn't even set the alarms off when I left the shop so I didn't realise till i got home. I set the alarms off going back into the shop with the item

Mine didn't either , it was tucked in the sleeve of a batwing top so didn't realise until it was rattling when I was wearing it to go out
