Can u still use the LR atties with the Provari, and if so, what voltage can you go up to using one? Hi Lilac One of my LR901's appeared to be DOA. Wouldn't budge with the SD or any of my Riva batteries. Tried it on the Provari at 4.20 volts and it kicked into life immediately Don't know what the life span is though as I haven't used atties since the arrival of the Iatty.

Went for the standard finish myself with the 18650 extension cap Safer . . . very nice it is too.
I'd have to say to anyone, a few months into vaping contemplating purchasing one - do it, it will probably save you money in the long run as it knocks spots off of every device I've so far tried or owned.
At the mo, I'm using a clapped out LR at 4.4v and it's like new, fantastic.
Christmas isn't that far away Curtis . . . .

lol,i did tell everyone how good it was 6months or so ago but nobody listened to me As for using LRs Lilac, yes they are fine on the Provari. Its best to leave them at 3.7v and then raise the voltage when the ohms rise. For example,a 1.5ohm carto may go up to 1.8ohms after a few days usage, you simply up the voltage and the vape stays maintained. Its genius and if mine ever broke down and the warranty was up i would buy another immediately

Just checked the Ohms and it's gone from 1.5 to 1.6. Had to drop the volts back down again as it's started working again and nearly took the back of my throat out LOL

Well, it's been the best vaping investment I've made to date Safer . . . I'm positive you'll feel the same as well. Positive. I've just had to buy a new pair of specs, quite frankly I'd rather have had another Provari for what they cost me.

They're a grudge buy aren't they? My old ones were heath robinsoned with paper clips. I drew the line at gaffer taping them when the rimless wire broke and the lens couldn't be held in. It really would not have been a good look

Dee, I did'nt try to make the paperclips inconspicuous. They were like wire art ~ NOT. Looked good with my huge funky bunch of zip end earrings As Iatty is no longer for me, I've bought Spikechop's Arry tank. I is determined to be tanked up with Banoffee.

Ive been using a Darwin at work for a few days now swapped my provari just for a try out and no difference in performance between the 2 .I prefer my provari as i dont like the the sticky out arm on the Darwin .Provari is a great PV .

Do you find the shape of the Provari a bit more tactile to use as well HV?
Somehow, I've never quite got on with box type shapes.

For me the Darwin would be 2 easily broken .I just prefer the egornomics of the Provari and i think it looks better . The bloke who owns it brought it back from the USA and prefers my Provari asked me for a swap .
