Please can anyone help me as I'm going round in circles tbh.
I am yet to order my diy kit as I truly have no idea what concentrates to purchase. I have ordered some Bitter Wizard and am looking to add that to my current pre bought USA mix, to disguise the sweet note coming through, sadly I can't bear sweet notes in a morning I can't even eat cereal for that reason, it's very frustrating tbh.
So what I hope to achieve is a morning non sweet tobacco mix at 70/30 and I have the Bitter Wizzard to add. I am not worried if the recipe is complicated for a newbie As I'd rather get it wrong 20 times but then get it right and at least have something I don't dread vaping in the morning.
So if anyone can help at all I'd like a smokey non sweet tasting recipe ( no bisciut, caramel of fruit), pretty please.
Also when my Bitter Wizard comes how much do you think I should add? Should I add some to the 30ml bottle or a drop a time on my 3ml iclear refill?
So sorry for all the questions but I am just after sorting this out then it will be brilliant for me and I won't dread my morning vape.

I'd decant some of your USA mix into a 10ml bottle, then try adding 1% BW Siffy . . . that will be less tiresome than adding to every clearo full and you won't ruin 30ml of it, incase it's not to your tastes. Can't really help you on the Tobacco recipe as they're just not my thing. The best I can suggest is having a look through the recipes and choosing one that appeals to you, you don't have to add all the ingredients like sweetener if they're not too your taste. There comes a point where you just have to take the plunge and work from there, even if the final mix isn't to your liking, at least you've eliminated that type of flavour from the ' to try ' list.

Thanks for the info on Bitter Wizard Mandy, it should be here Tuesday so looking forward to adding it. I couldn't settle last night as my mind was racing with thoughts that there must be a recipe out there for me. I found it! ( Fingers crossed) It said... Perique and Dark Vapour by Frogs. Farts perique black 3% Dark Vapure 2% MTS 1% At 18mg I wonder if Frogs is our Frogster? I hope so as I am enjoying his products so fingers crossed it's him. So from your % knowledge what do you think? I mean from my research those are two concentrates that sound up my street and I imagine the MTS smooth out the rough edges? Can we please swap taste buds for a day Mandy...lol. I am a deffo sour tasting person as as a kiddy my nanny used to let me drink the liquid left in the mixed pickles jar and gerkins jar. If folk bought me Easter eggs they lasted till Christmas and thankfully soon cottened on to instead giving me a pound so I could purchase vinyl singles. I do wonder if maybe those who try vapping and don't stick to it are the ones that struggle with the sweet after taste? I mean you get everything else the throat hit, the lung fill and maybe the sweet undertones are the deal braker? I'm fine in the sense as there is an answer if you ask and search but what a shame for those who don't know where or what to ask. Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Siffy
I have a little experiment going on just now wherebye i ve made up two identical mixes of a tobacco concentrate but in one i ve put some tobacco absolut into the recipe to do a comparison .TA really does needs steeping and im leaving it another week but ill post any results on this thread if it goes to plan, as it may be one of the pieces in your jigsaw.
Tobaccos for me fit into a few taste categories.. peanut butter(seriously disgusting and guessing its overuse of Trimethyl-pyrazine) liquorice undertaste(its ok but cheating) sweet(seem to be alot overusing stevia and whilst its fine for a while it gets sickly)
I get where your at with tobaccos though but im just lucky that im quite happy with slightly sweet with the addition of DNB.
Im having a dull moment though...what is MTS?
Not much help i know but ill get back to you on the TA tester bottles

I look forward to you reporting your findings very much. It's so silly and frustrating really but my first vape sets me up for the day as a ciggy would. I don't even have a tobacco taste I'm chasing really as my cheapo Pall Malls (all I could afford) just had no taste, where dry and deffo not sweet. It's just the ruddy sweet aftertaste tbh, so simple yet so frustrating. I am going to order my kit and the three concentrates listed from the recipe I found. Failing that I will just continue to purchase USA and add Bitter Wizard or hopefully the Delight will be the dry smokey sensation it promises, with no actual taste...lol Thanks ever so much for coming in on this as I really do appreciate it and need all the advise I can get.

I love pickled Cauliflower Siffy, but wouldn't want to vape that flavour. Go for it on that recipe if it appeals to you and mix it at the suggested percentages, you won't know until you do.

Anyway back to the absolut

Anyway back to the absolut I hadn't thought to try apple so will give this a go. What a shame your absolut didn't work out but like you say trying again might produce the results you're after. Thanks for getting back to me on this, very kind of you.
