Focalecig tracking, a bit concerned.

Hi all, I placed a couple of orders with focalecig on 15th september during there 40% discount period. One which is saying shipped on the 17th, no tracking number, maybe as it's quite low value, but I'm still able to input the order number into focalecigs tracking box. Another which is higher value has a tracking number and is displaying shipped on the 23rd. I'm a little worried though as the box that comes up on focalecig website is saying "illegal track contact admin". this is the same for both items. Does anybody know if this means there is a potential problem with my order ? I've included a picture of what I'm seeing. Hopefully Foclecig may see this.

Wouldn't worry myself Jay, the lower value parcel won't have been sent tracked as you've rightly guessed. Their site isn't the greatest I've found anyway, sorry Doris.

Though she is really on the ball and will set your mind at rest I'm sure.

You just need to stop tracking the parcels now and wait for them to arrive.

I have always found that any order less than £10.00 isn't worth tracking.. it arrives when it arrives,
If it's over 30 days you can always raise a ticket with paypal after all.

JayJ - I've had recent PM and email contact with Doris, she's well up on the position, and reassured me over my order which was despatched around the same time as yours.
I would like to think that we are both happier bunnies by next weekend when we should have our goodies in our hands

any mail coming out of china can take weeks, chill also, the tracking is notoriously bad (and no better when it's arrived in UK) - my last ft mail I had in my hand before royal fail's track and trace knew about it....and still doesn't !!!

I have an FT package en route, sent 3+ weeks ago, seen the photo of the package, but the tracking has never worked, so have given up. A Focalcig package is also en route now too, I've decided it's not worth bothering with tracking. Both will arrive in their own time & I'm not desperate, plus I know from past orders I've made with other companys, post from China can take anything from 10-60 days. lol
