Nicotine Base Premixed With VG & PG Suppliers? Cheapest ?

Hello I'm new to this website so i hope i haven't put my question in the wrong place, basically i am looking for some premixed nicotine base that has the PG & VG mixed in already so that all i have to do is add flavorings. I am looking for around 100ml or more at 24 - 36 mg, i have found a website in the U.S but am worried about shipping of liquids from the U.S as i know they are very funny about what they ship. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced vendor within the uk?

Im on my phone so can't link but lt ecigs are very reliable and sell vpg base which is 50/50 pg vg ratio in a variety of strengths I know they do 18 and 26mg not sure on the other strengths they offer

Bare in mind that when you add your flavourings your nic percentage will decrease.

Most concentrates need up to 10% so if you're aiming to end up at 24mg you want to start at ~26mg, and so on.

The LTEcigs premixed bases are a pretty good deal.
