Hi I'm new to this site ) , just want to talk about an electronic cigarette 10motives....... Anybody heared of them? Or are you using them now? What do you think of the product? I'm really annoyed by them bought a packet of 5 refills and 2 of them are empty ((( can't seem to get through to the people who make them to tell them whats happened as its always coming through as they have to many inbox messages to recieve the messages,hmm I bet full of complaints ( any suggestions on what else I could do?? Xx

Tescos sell them - you could try & return them there?

But as for proper suggestions - cut your losses, chuck them out & get something decent

I was on the phone as I replied to emmab the first time, & was a bit blunt (although truthful) & wanted to point her to something better.

Hopefully, she'll have a read of it, and get a decent kit.

I started on 10 motives over 10 months ago and needless to say I didn't stick with them long.
They were a proof of concept, then a bought a decent Ego kit and I can still use it now even though it's been surpassed by bigger/better/more expensive kit since.

There are so many better alternatives to 10 motives. Come & tell us a bit more about how many ciggies you smoke etc & we will help you find a good set up that suits you at a good price

A 10motive disposable was my first introduction to ecigs. By day 2 I was looking for something better. I hope you find something more suitable soon.

We've all heard of 10 motives. If you bought a pack of 5 refills and 2 are empty (or whatever), that's your nudge to stop using them.

I doubt it'll be worth the stress of chasing them. They are a poor product. If they cared in the slightest about their customers, they would improve the product with their millions of pounds in the bank. Better to ditch them sooner rather than later.

...oh and tell as many people as you can about the alternatives...
