Probably means a bauway 306. I got mine from vapeescape, but they don't seem to do them any more. www.wize-cigs.co.uk/Bauway_306_bridge_less_Atomizer_LR_15ohm/p1001224_6373608.aspx has them.

They have their own type of drip tip, ordinary ones don't work, so you have to buy that too.

Bridgeless is best for tasting - less to wash out.

Atomisers have a mesh type ' bridge ' which you drip your eliquid on to Snout. It's the domed sticky up thing in this picture.

Personally I prefer bridged 306's ( sorry Giles ) as the bridgeless can be a bit spitty.
