Furby, if you want more I'm also more than happy to send you a few. Got quite a lot of completely blank ones that have as usual come attached to atties that I can stuff with foam for you. However, they are what I call "D" shaped mouthpieces - the part that fits into the attie is D shaped I'm not a 510 user so can't remember if this style of mouthpiece are the ones that are prone to melt a bit on the 510 attie?

Lol sorry Furby - I was just being a tad over cautious about sending you something that wasn't 100% suitable

All attie have a round fitting but for some strange reason the cartridges (mouthpieces) are different. they all fit - some better than others, but I just remember hearing that one of the 901 whistle tip types was prone to melting a bit when used on a 510 attie. Hope others can explain better than me by what I mean b the "D" shape

Hi Furball... What Chrissie meant was the hole where you insert the filler and liquid... 901carts have this in a D shape, while 510's are like a circle with 2 sides cut if you know what I mean ! the fitting to the atty is the same on both of them, but due to this D shape of the 901 and because they are said to melt on 510 atties what you are really looking for is a 510 whistle type cartridge and not a 901 cart ( which I think don't exist with the round shape)

Ahh now i'm with you.
I have seen a stainless steel whistle tip on the Cloud9 website, sorry can't post a link, but they were £15. I think there was one for the titan 510 but thought it was a bit too much to fork out just in case i didn't like using the shape. Budget blown for this week, so will have to wait if i do prefer the whistle shape. Thankyou for explaining.

The Cloud9 one you've seen is a whistle-tip-style drip-tip, Furbie, and a very high-end one at that You don't put stuffing in them, you drip straight thru them onto the wire wool in the atty. You can get perfectly OK drip-tips for under £2, but they're not what you're looking for just now

What you're looking for is a whistle-tip-style cartridge, they're two-a-penny don't worry Most 901 atties come fitted with them, but the 510 atties come with a round mouthpiece on the cart, as you've seen.
