The 650mah riva's have done a fantastic job but are not holding charge like they once were. The time has come to upgrade! The problem is four kids all asking for tablet computers for christmas means splashing the cash on myself is not an option I've been searching for a used vamo for a while now and im not having much luck. So can you tell me where can I get the cheapest vamo kit I.e with batteries and charger. I don't mind getting them seperatly from ebay or whatever as long as their cheap! I have found a v5 kit from myepack for 49.99 (too much for me though) And fastech do the body for $28 Vapourbreak do a v2 body for $25 The kits from china don't have a uk charger though and sure I read the v2 requires some dort of adapter for 510? Can anyone tell me the definitive cheapest option? Many thanks

Get the nitcore kit from fasttech - good charger and if I remember, good batteries. Then, either cut the plug off and put a uk one on, or just use a 'figure-8' lead from an old stereo or something But don't get the (slightly cheaper?) kit with the other charger - get the nitecore. Oh, & crin766 , if they're all asking for the same thing, that's great - get 1 for them all to share

Crin, how much are you expecting to spend on the tablets? I only ask as I got a lovely 10" android tablet on ebay that goes by the name 'flypad'. Very pleased with it I am!

Cheers, I'll check that tab out. Luckily their not really into brands yet weirdly but their all under 10. I'd of been happy with a ghostbuster's car at their age!
And do I need an adapter for the v2 thread?

as with anything, it depends what you're doing on it, but must be 3 hrs-ish. The 7" one is listed as around 5hrs if I remember correctly

Really good to hear - this has been in my basket for a couple of weeks, having been my conclusion, but I wanted someone to confirm it. I think I'm going to go for that.
