So yes, two problems.

1) The atomisers can die after only being used a few times, so it's a risk buying second hand.

2) People do prefer to see a price rather than make an offer in case it offends.

I'm still a DSE901 fan but as Chrissie says it's too risky buying atomizers second hand as they can only be guaranteed to work for a short time; indeed the batteries are almost as varyable. I've been very lucky with mine as I still have all of them, some dating back to last December 5th (although a few are a tad on the feeble side now). ;DI have around a dozen 901 batteries, plus atomizers and use them alongside my 'mods,' 510s and 401s so I'm sorted for the immediate future.

OK Tim, I'll take a gamble. My friend's mum had a go on my 901 on Friday night and is very interested, so I'll see if I can put a kit together for her from this

Thats very generous of you, Chrissie, as Scylla clearly said in post #48 last night that she didn't want them, as she wanted cartomisers....

please don't let Tim being a bit pushy make you buy something you don't need tho...

(((Lilac)))) it was my fault that Scylla thought they where cartomisers.

At post #40, before Tim edited it, he listed them as atomisers. Yesterday when I posted asking if he meant cartomisers (Even though i was 99.9% certain he meant cartridges) I was having a bad day, really didn't feel very well & still don't:( But that's no excuse for my typo.

Anyway, I can make use of the cartridges - though would have prefered them to be be black.

However, i agree with you whole heartedly, Scylla did make it perfectly clear to Tim that she didn't want them, but Tim seemed to just ignore that.
