T- juice. Annoyed!

I'm a little ticked off. Ordered some concentrates from T Juice and have been postie stalking since it was ordered on the 10th. Nothing arrived today so thought I would give them a quick ring. I was told that my order would be sent out today. Reason given for delay was that they were out of stock when I ordered. Now whilst I appreciate that this happens, I don't appreciate my order being taken for said item. Out of stock should be up on website. At the very least I think they should have notified me by email and sent out the rest of my order. So not too impressed at the moment. This is my first order with them so hopefully the quality of the concentrate will put a smile back on my face. That's it rant over Tease-smiley

That is annoying I try to use vendors that show their stock level on their site, but it's not foolproof either. Once I needed some non-e-cig related stuff, went to a site that showed their stock levels high, made my order for 5 items and paid. Luckily they were good enough to mail me immediately to let me know they only had two because they hadn't updated the site (were in the process of doing it when I placed my order) and could i wait a few days for the rest to be back in stock. They sent what they had then send the rest on a guaranteed next day delivery when they had stock.

I do think T-Juice should have contacted you in that situation.

They should definitely have contacted you regarding the out of stock item and given you the choice to separate shipping or cancel the order or wait.

99% of the time i use 28VapesLater and if something shows in stock but ain't when it comes to picking the goods Carrie always e-mails me for either a refund or to choose something else, that's why 99% of my orders go through them.

A simple email from t-juice would of been the way to deal with this, i am sure the taste of the juice once you get them will make up for it

I should have mentioned that I bought some empty bottles from t-juice that weren't even listed on their site - had a long email conversation on a saturday and came up with a deal we were both happy with - top quality service in my opinion. They didn't have to go to the effort on a saturday, or even agree to sell me something that wasn't for sale on their site. It is a shame that they tripped up on this occasion, but I'd say it was likely a very rare over site.

I'm sure it was a rare occurrence and as I say "these things happen" unfortunately even on the phone I had a poor reaction. I mentioned that I would have liked to have been informed as I am running short of juice , no apology, just a remark that maybe I'll get it tomorrow. Courtesy doesn't cost much does it?
