Thanks for all the advise guys. Once I get paid I might get another battery from paradise vape. Spares on top of spares I'm thinking ! Got the perfect set up now with my evods and mini protank thanks to you guys over the past few months:)

I would open a dispute now, if the seller fixes your problem then you don't need to escalate, but the dispute is open within your 45 day window. It may also give the seller a kick in the right direction to sort your problem and realise you are serious.

Didn't even get a chance to sort it out through PayPal in the end. Received a message saying that they will send me out a new battery. Quite happy with that result as the dodgy battery still charges fine on one charger. Rather surprised that they have resolved it without too much hassle
