Gurgling

Hey, I got a vivi nova, was wandering what causes the gurgling ? Bubbling whatever you would call it lol I suspect dying batteries??

Condensation/liquid in the tube normally. Low liquid levels don't help.

My only experience of a Vivi nova mind was lots of gurgling and spitting from the get go which rather put me off - air bubbles in the wrong place I suspect.

If your batteries are reading a decent charge 3.8V+ then its unlikely to be them.

You could try blowing through it with the atty removed from the battery to remove any erroneous liquid and trying again though.

Thanks I know what u mean but the gurgling only seems to start when batteries been used for too long :-S but could be any of that

Novas have a particular design issue which is that when you unscrew the top cap to fill it up, the top cap can snag slightly on the atty head which in turn unscrews the atty from the centre tube slightly. This allows juice into the centre tube which then gurgles as you suck. Always check that the atty head is screwed onto the centre tube tightly.

Could also be if the batteries are low on charge that there's insufficient power left to vaporize your liquid efficiently Jaye if that's the only time the gurgling happens.

Carry a spare, make sure that's fully charged when you're out and about.

Another thing to check is if there is any fluid in the 510 connector on the battery, possible caused by what oneday said. If there is, when you inhale some air may try to come through the 510 connector, I sometime get this in my protank, normally after loads of chain vaping so some sort of condensation maybe

Chain vaping increases the chances of gurgling because the buildup
Of heat thins the liquid, it will then hunt out new ways to escape.
It will also wick much faster, possibly faster than your coil can deal with it.
If you like chain vaping then have more than one device handy and
Spread it round them so that nothing's getting too warm.

Thanks for all suggestions :-) everything said sounds about right , the wick sometimes unscrews aswell tho . I might change to something else .
