Has anyone tried this? As was thinking of making an Xmas present for two people of a bottle of it each

Don't bother, I can't see your friends thanking you Tj. It's absolutely nothing like Christmas Cake and tastes solely of marzipan/almond.

Their Bun Spice is very nice however and might be worth a try, it has the fruit/spice element just right for me, though you may want to tinker a little to get the cake/marzipan flavour also coming through.

F'arts do have a Mulled Wine flavouring, though I've not tried it as yet:

Thanks perpetua was hoping it would taste nice and would have been a little extra added gift and better than doing a turkey flavour haha

Sadly not, I'd suspect a turkey flavour might be better.

That's really nice I think Tj, an easy mix to do as well. I did mine at 20% with nothing else added and am enjoying it.

The bunspice mixed with Inawera smoked plum is lovely,sadly as above the Christmas Cake was disappointing.

From memory it was 10% Smoked plum and about 5% Bunspice,but it was one of those that I did and forgot to write down,I now make a point of writing everything down whether it works or not.

The smoked plum and bunspice was nice,I felt it was missing something but haven't got around to looking at it further,I got caught up getting a very special recipe sorted.
