Also got a refund for an order from fast tech that turned up Monday have faith in china people

My order was shipped 22nd October

I checked yesterday and the tracking is saying
The item (RT*********HK) arrived at United Kingdom on 29-Oct-2013.

I hope this means I'll get it soon.

I'm exactly the same babs - shipped 21 October, same sort of code, no tracking. 54 days until Christmas - maybe if it hasn't left before then, Santa will pick it up

Looks like it's not Fastechs fault after all .... shipping company has ballsed up big time and Fastech have hundreds of parcels that they don't know where they are but are going to refund all the ones that don't turn up.

Got this earlier today so looks like no one should loose out

I think that email refers to the Sept orders lost in space some of which have been resent by hong post with new shipping numbers. We're just told to wait for Oct orders first 7 days then 10 today they say 15 days

My package was dispatched on the 15th of this month but still no tracking available, very frustrating as my last order was sent by Singapore post and took 13 days from dispatch

Mine was shipped 20th September. And they're still refusing to refund. Like FocalECig it wasn't expensive, but it's the principle.

My latest order (3 weeks ago) apparently left HK by HK post yesterday. Only a small order £10+, so I wasn't really bothered, but I must admit to thinking about sticking with UK suppliers from now, even if it's a few pounds more.
