doing a search as to why it is happening brings it up as a common problem it has happened on proboards before and seems to be something to do with ad servers being hacked,but i have had nothing happen for a little while,google why does porn pop up on my ipad

just tried again, and it looks like the unavoidable ads are also advertising porn sites. Perhaps we are accidentally clicking them while trying to scroll down the page?

But even so, why are we getting porn adverts from here? sorry about the image size, it's a direct screen grab from my phone.

just watching the ad at the top, after several tries, went into a thread and the ad started to flick into the position set aside for it after the text of the page appeared, went white then diverted me to app store to the video downloader pro app priced at £2.49. Deffo no accidental click. fingers nowhere near screen.

*edit* again after a bit of browsing, clicked on Chrissie name to go to her profile and the ad at the top is for ExGf tube. I won't post the screenshot i got as it does contain ladybits of the upper half type.

*welcome*some may not know but you can clean your caches out and history and cookie on mobiles to[hence why they will run slow after a while] look in you manuals how to do it or look online

This has been reported to Proboards support & they have disabled all mobile advertising while it is investigated.

Thanks Chrissie - I tested this morning, having cleared my history, cache and data on my mobile and I was getting both redirects to the App Store and ads for dodgy sites. It's definitely a proboards issue, I hope they are able to fix it (or they could just leave the ads off permanently!).
