LOL. This forum IS a more manageable place without too much of the rest of the world. A worldwide forum is cool, but if you ask for help and get links to Vendors in America or Outer Mongolia, it's less easy.

This is the place to be. There are other forums, but somehow this one sets the standards for friendliness i.m.o.

Two days later and thanks to you lot, I've ordered 4 bottles of joose juice, 2 mini protank v2's (my OH's a firm believer in spares) & a new drip tip. I wasn't thinking straight when I only ordered one drip tip, but never mind.

This morning the joose juice arrived - 8 bottles thanks to their BOGOF offer. YAY!!! Now I just need to hold tight for a couple of weeks to try it. BOO!!! Think I might just go ahead and order a few more flavours so they can be steeping away quietly, but not decided which ones yet.

On the running front, I'm now up to 3.77k as of Monday night. Tonight's the next training session and I'm meant to repeat Monday's effort, but I'm hoping to push it another bit further. Sooooooo close to the 5k target.

Also...stepped on the scales this morning expecting to see a certain number. Was sure my contacts had gone blurry, so gave the eyes a rub and had another look. I've broken another weight barrier too! wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

They're here!!!

Mini protank 2's have arrived and it was with much delight that I opened the box to have a look. Ooooooh...pretty. Played about with all the parts trying to work it out, only to discover...I haven't a friggin' clue.

Have been searching the net for a good guide or video on how to put it back together again and how to fill it, but no luck so far. I was hoping someone here might point me in the right direction? I'm not usually this thick...honest.

Update - Stand down, stand down!!! I finally found a video I could get my head around and she's up and running.



Speaking of running, wasn't easy but I ran a full 5k for the first time on Wednesday night.
