Hi all!    My name's Dawn and I'm new to this vape stuff.  

I've been doing the Couch to 5k training programme hoping to lose weight.  Breathing while running was too difficult with my smoking habits thrown into the mix, so I packed in the smokes on October 22nd and bought a couple of the Itaste v3 kits a few days later.  Still struggling along with the running, but at least I can breathe while I'm at it.  The little things in life...

I'd ordered the kits and a few 10 - 20ml juices from Paradise Vape, but after reading a few threads on this forum, I went and ordered four 30ml bottles from JooseJuice last night. Good thing my main reason for quitting was breathing while running and not the cost, because I'm spending a small fortune on this new hobby!  

While I was ordering the juice, I spotted the notes about certain ones cracking plastic tanks (or whatever they're called).  I've got the 10 iclear 16's that came with the kits, but don't have anything glass.  I'd really appreciate some help finding a compatible glass option for my v3's.  Soooooooo many nice flavours I'm missing out on! Any ideas?  Thanks for any help/advice to yet another newbie.

Mini Protank is the popular tried & tested glass/pyrex clearo. Not as warm a vape as your iclear 16, but some people prefer it anyway.

glass tanks that look good on them I would suggest mini Davide or mini pro tank 2

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'd signed up to two other forums last week before finding this one, but you're the first (and only) one to answer my question regarding the tanks. You lot are stars!

I'm searching out the mini protank now giles & fiddles and of course there's more than one to choose from. lololol Sigh. Sorry to bother you with more questions, but am I aiming for the mini protank, mini protank 2 v2 or just the mini protank 2?

I'm sure it will all seem obvious in another couple of months, but right now my eyes are glazing over with so much new information to digest.

As for the running, I need all the luck I can get Karma! My first 5k race is on November 23rd and I'm currently stuck on 3.5km

Ideally dawn you want protank 2 v2 them you are able to put your own 510 drip tip on if you dont like the one that comes with it. but the protank 2 is exactly the same but without the above option.

Excellent Roscopecotrain ...2 v2 it is then. I found it on myepack for £9.99 after noticing another link to their site around here earlier today. Will just have one quick hunt to make sure that's best price and get it ordered.

Drip tips, you say? Will have a look at those too while I'm at it. Any suggestions? What to look for and what to avoid?

I tried to be careful not to order anything that would crack my current set up DiscoDes That said, I ordered Black Gold, Caramel Blend, Peppermint & Bubblegum. Also have a free sample of snake oil on the way thanks to Simon at tmax.

My other half was delighted when he heard I'd packed in the smoking. The pounds signs were sparkling in his wee eyes with the thought of all the new savings. And then I took up vaping...

No tank crackers there that I'm aware of the only possibility is Snake Oil, but others will comment on that.

Great news. Myepack is about as cheap as you can get in the uk dawn super fast delivery as well.
As for drip tips it is all down to personal taste. As long as it is 510 you are good to go. Some people prefer plastic, some metal, you can even get glass ones.
