Although I've had to double my vaping budget for November, I got home tonight to the best vape mail day I have ever had. Apologies in advance for this thread, we all know I have the shinyitis bad but this is excessive even for me. Edit: someone much more knowledgable and experienced than me posted recently that if you are happy with your set-up, there is no need to go chasing the latest thing. I totally believe that is true, and I promise to stop now! Some lucky finds in the classifieds and some bargain hunting brought me the following haul today: - A chrome Vamo V2 - an Evic with a selection of tubes - a box for my juice - a couple of drip tips I picked up the eVic this morning from the post office, so I've been playing with it all day. It's drawn a lot of comments at work, and the vape is amazing. I didn't realise how much the tastes would improve, and maybe it's a case of the emperors new clothes but vaping red astaire at 8 watts has never been so good. The Kir Fanis telescoping tube looks great, but it's a very heavy tube - which is a shame because in 18350 it is such a tiny mod. However, I'm not remotely disappointed and love it. Here it is in all it's guises: The vamo was first on my hit list when I got home, and I was really impressed with the quality of the vape. There's very little difference between it and my MVP; the only issue is the lack of an ego thread so I'll need an adapter or a few more protanks at some point in the future. After the telescope tubes for the eVic it actually feels light! It's going to be my out and about mod, mainly to be used in 18350 mode.
The box is from LTecigs and even mrs ionian (who you can imagine was pretty dumbfounded by all of this) likes the look of it, and is happy for it to be left out and about. It has compartments for 24 small bottles, and keeps everything nice and organised. The drip tips just add a bit of style, the round one in the first picture is nice to vape. The other (a diagonal cut tube, not pictured) looks great but is a little too fat to be practical. Huge thanks to jacquif and kirrielad for their classifieds - I'm one happy but spent out vaper tonight!

I was going to buy that evic damn it ionian - just needed a bit more push and then you beat me too it lol Vamo V2 has got an ego thread btw - its just pretty much unusable because of the tightness of the juice well - you can get an evod or a mini protank on - you just can't get them off lol

dreamylittledream and barrynorton - sorry! It was everyone saying what a bargain it was, I have no willpower when it comes to bargains especially so close after payday. I strongly recommend the evic should the opportunity arise in the future - if there's a better device out there I just don't care, it really is a thing of beauty. Christmas is coming! You can keep your provaris - at least for this month

No apologies mate - I was desperately trying to justify the purchase in my head and struggling (in the last six weeks I've bought an MVPv2 - which I'm not keen on in all honesty but it is an effective device, and a zmax mini - which I love - I also have a Vamo, an itaste mini, 2 twists and an ego VV - do I need an evic?) Well obviously the answer is no. So I was prevaricating.
But do I want one?
God help me I do lol

Similar story. Don't need, but kinda wanted despite myself. Glad you're enjoying it.

Might get one for steeping I really like it, but it's worth knowing that it only fits the standard 10ml bottles (there's a pick of it open with bottles in it in my thread in Show us your Gear). 20mls fit but are too tall, and daken bottles have that stupid lid that is also too tall
