Agency (MHRA) to regulate all nicotine-containing products including e-cigarettes.

ASH are not on our side until they agree that vaping is not medicine.

They could become allies in the future, once this medicinal yarbles is quashed, and we need to fight e-cigs being lumped in with smoking.

Right at the end it says this:

In the UK smokefree legislation exists to protect the public from the demonstrable harms of secondhand smoke. ASH does not consider it appropriate for electronic cigarettes to be subject to this legislation.

That's got to be a good thing eh
