Please don't buy vaping gear from Ebay. It is forbidden to sell e-cigs on ebay so the vendor could be banned at any time giving the customer no comeback if the goods are not up to standard! It seriously isn't worth saving a couple of £s on when we have any number of responsible vendors who do really good deals and have excellent customer service edited to add, that seller has no feedback!

I know they got no feedback but thought I would give them a chance. Im always protected by paypal and will get refund if they dont turn up. I thought they was allowed to sell on there as long as there is no nicotine content? There is loads on there as they sell them as shisha pens etc

i personally wouldnt buy batteries from ebay, i had 1 which ended up breaking after a month and was sent a replacement which started giving me what felt like electric shocks after 2 weeks. Id much rather buy from a trusted vendor after the experiences i have had

eBay and Paypal are sister companies and since eBay forbids the selling of anything related to e-cigs, Paypal will not entertain any claim concerning the purchase of such items should things go pear shaped.

Karma & @freefromsmoking are correct. The sale of any e-cig related items on ebay are prohibited.

I looked at going the ebay route for sales long before I became a vendor, but because of the advice given on this forum & only this forum I might add, because ebay don't advertise the fact, I discovered ecigs are banned, this the policy, they still class ecigs as tobacco products.
and the paypal policy
Ebay don't actively seem to police their policy, but want members to do it for them, all it takes is one seller to report another seller cos they've got better prices/product & 1st seller's taken down with no right of appeal, if your a legit vendor not worth the risk cos there's no coming back from an ebay suspension, which is why you won't see any names you recognise on there, if you get caught in the middle as a buyer . . . tough

The other thing I would add is that it is clearly not made by Joye. It is, to say the least, a bit of a lottery buying batteries of unknown source.

I really hope that you did indeed get a bargain paulmlpss but as dave has said they are not genuine Joyetech ego twists. You really can't be sure of the quality of the construction and how safe they will be in use and when charging. Buying clones of vaping gear is fine when it involves something that doesn't have the potential to blow up in your face or set fire to your home while charging. I personally would never dream of buying non-branded batteries or even the cheaper branded batteries. Treat the batteries you have just bought with caution would be my advice.

Some more good info. I purchased a twin ego starter pack from ebay advertised as 11000 mah batteries. They barely lasted six hours normal vaping before they drained. Four weeks in, sat down pressed the button to take a hit and yep blew up and went on fire. On stripping down no2 battery found a rather odd looking small battery with wires taped on either end which read 650 mah. Not good and a painful lesson. I now purchase all my equipment from my local shop or reputable online vendors. They may not be the cheapest but none of their gear has gone boom. Whoever said "IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT PROBABLY IS" ! So be careful peeps with ebay ecig purchases.

Yes that feedback is me. For everyone saying they are fake how can you tell from a stock photo lol. Im in no way connected to the seller I just happened to see them for sale as I was after some. Been using them all weekend and they are fine. They even have the safety ce rohs 2013 on them but the 2 lots of ego t twin kits I brought from a well known vendor hasn't got anything on the batteries so are those ones fake? I would be very suprised how genuine some of the stuff you buy from vendors is. At the end of the day most of the stuff is shipped from china and none of you know where it is offically sourced from.
Its the same as going into somewhere like spar and getting bottle of vodka and that could be fake. It has happened as I watched a documentary on trading standards going round stores checking the alcohol.
