I think it's one of those "almost, but not quite" moments.

I'd happily try such a thing if I had a very plain steel tube mod....but it's going to be too long, surely?

You would need a mech mod that you can lock the botton in the on position for this to work, either that or press both firing buttons at once

Does it also stop it from being massive..... ?

If I stick half a Vamo on top of an 18650 mech, then an atty on top, I might need a new category on my driving license. Or hire an Octopus to help me Vape.

Handy if the top threads have gone on a V2 though surely? I'll be keeping it in mind if mine ever go wrong! (Or am I missing something blindingly obvious that stops this?)

The supplied mech mod has a lockable fire button. It makes a lot more sense like this
The threading looks very iffy, I wouldnt like to be swapping that head on and off a mech mod, personally I think the threading would wear after a while.
