Been messing around with wires and doing measurements with the multimeter and this is what i have come up with. It is based on making microcoils on a 2mm drill bit with non res wire attached after. Wires used: 0.2 Kanthal A1 0.25 Kanthal A1 0.3 Kanthal A1 They maybe give or take slightly out, ain't fully tested it out though:

Looks pretty good Super-Shiny Out of interest 10 wraps of .25 kanthal around a 1.5mm drill bit comes out at 1.8ohms. Perfect for an evod/Protank as the 1.5mm gives plenty of wiggle room.

Wow! Thanks. Quick question: Did you use kanthal D wire for testing the .20/32 AWG? I get a little variance from your numbers if I use the Kanthal A. .20

Please note that the numbers i put may not be spot on but should not be far off, could be a bit over or a bit under, i made the chart for my own use today just as a reference/guidance and knew it would not be 100% accurate to the numbers but hopefully a close as. I just done one test from each kanthal on a 2mm drill bit and when i got the result i done the maths for the rest of them for each kanthal. Didn't fancy doing 60 tests to find out how accurate they are

Nothing to worry about, I would take .05 from my meter and add .05 to yours and it's close enough... I didn't mean to try the Kanthal D, I just grabbed a roll of .2 and pulled 3cm and measured the resistance... Spot on! 1.4? When I went for my .25, I saw the roll of .20 Kan A; so again, 3cm, metered to 1.2?. Cut another 3cm , 1.2?... So then I came here and poked you in the eye.... Sorry, didn't mean to imply you had gone round the bend.. just that I got a slight different reading from my own semi-unprofessional tests. Cheers I

No worries izan as it was only something i was messing around with and tbh and my multimeter is not a top notch one so they may be out here and there, i always knew they was never gonna be spot and it was always gonna be a bit out of range. Thank god you did not come back and say it is out of range by 1ohm...0.2 i can handle but 1ohm
