Brilliant... There is no way I could EVER work in a 'call centre' whether it's sales or complaints.

First of all the poor sods never seem trained to answer any questions that aren't on their 'script', plus the abuse they must take, and I admit I've wanted to scream at them... especially BT when I get 'John' from a Far Eastern country who is trying to pretend he's in Coventry or somewhere a thousand miles from where he's actually based. I have totally given up with them, but they could probably triple their profits if they employed locals that knew something about the subject you're calling about!

Anyway rant over, I'm off to cook my topless pizza from ????? Will ring them in the morning and probably call the papers to sell my story, once I've found a fly that I can pretend was in it when I bought it!
