I get where you're coming from barrynorton, but apart from gagging on it, I don't think I could roll one now, nor would I want to - I LIKE being a non-smoker.

Also, under most insurer's definitions, even the odd one on a trial would, in their eyes at least, make you a smoker again.

for a true comparison of nic absorbtion levels, a dual-fueller or cig-only person, to accurately see the difference in the same metabolism of a cig or an e-cig, but then if done on a smoker, would the hang-over effect of the other chemicals in the bloodstream also skew the absorption rates when moving to the e-cig?

Not sure if other chemicals would skew the figures, after all we all know that different chemicals are deliberately added to ciggies in increase the absorption i.e 'it's only there to the enhance the flavour' ammonia.

If vaping absorption rates are lower, as the little evidence we currently have seems to suggest, then the above would suggest clean nicotine = less absorption & for the deaf, blind lazy ignorant ANTZ, (well ok maybe not them since they're deaf, blind & ignorant on purpose) but for anyone who's borderline that kind of result can only be a good thing surely ???

To quote someone else (dunno who now ) the genie is out of the bottle . These self serving fools will wring their hands complaining of not having a voice themselves in this, while totally ignoring ours, along with any factual evidence that doesn't fit their agenda . Public Health has been seemingly overrun by Tobacco Control and the 2 merged or morphed into one .
